We understand that things sometimes don't fit or suit... So you can return unused and unaltered items to us for a full refund or exchange. Please post your items back to us and include a Post Paid Reply Bag in with your items. We do not pay postage on items returned due to chnage of mind.
Once we have recieved your items we will contact you with your available options.Everything is subject to product availability.
You should expect to receive your refund or exchange within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Performance Swimwear offers exchanges or refunds in the case where a product is deemed faulty. If you have a faulty product please email us on email@example.com These will be processed within 5 business days of receipt and notification of this transaction will be provided to the nominated contact.
Should a faster exchange be required, we recommend visiting aour warehouse, or alternatively sending the item back for a gift voucher and placing a separate order online for the new item. Performance Swimwear will not accept out of pocket expenses should a customer choose this option.
